The Chicken Man toils away at his barbecue grill while he and his chickens sizzle and pop in rhythms of their own. Right on queue, people phone or drop by for their orders to satisfy tonight's dining impulse. It’s easy to forget The Chicken Man's sweaty and laborious work as he focuses on his inventory. It’s easy to forget the carnage of the living animals that makes The Chicken Man, The Chicken Man.
