Inspired by "The eyes are the window to the soul". The eyes are made up of furnace doors. There are some furnaces that do not show the true heat of the furnace on the inside. To do so would damage the person looking in. The nose seems to be a recurring theme that brings in thoughts of not telling the truth (if you do not your nose will grow), also someone that's false, a deceiver, imposter etc...
